Gunnar is a repeat breeding by Calvin out of our home bred solid liver female, CH Inverness Coquette. We kept two females from the first litter and were so pleased with them that we repeated the breeding.
Gunnar has been hunted over since he was a youngster. He earned a leg on his JH title. He is extremely biddable in the field and is close working for the foot hunter, yet he works hard all day.
He earned his bench CH in 2003. He finished his title in a 3 day weekend, winning 5 pt majors every day.
Gunnar is a smaller dog, approximately 25", but has the same bone his sire produces. Gunnar has a flat lying, harsh coat. He is medium brown ticked with a beautiful head and expression.
